Why Compassionate Creativity?

I had a conversation recently with someone who talked about how demanding a choir director was, and how great that was for good musicians. While I admit that there are pros to learning from someone with high standards, it can also take an emotional toll.

That's why I created the Compassionate Creativity Coaching Group. For twelve weeks, creatives from different backgrounds, interests, and mediums will come together to study shame resilience and how these skills intersect with creativity. We'll read from authors like Brene Brown, learn brain-friendly tactics for accomplishing hard things, and develop an individualized plan each week to practice what we learn.

So, join me on January 10 at 7 pm Central time for a two hour coaching experience you will never forget!
